Wordless Tuesday: You Might Be Another Mother Runner if…

Tuesdays are usually of the Tell Me sort around here, but today I have been waylaid by strep-throated kids and flooded dishwashers and honor band practices I didn’t know about until 8 pm last night. (If you’re impressed by that “honor” adjective, don’t be: if you can honk out  ”When the Saints Go Marching In,” you’ve punched your ticket to the Denver beginning honor band.)

So I’ve got nothing to tell because I’ve used all my words–and energy–for today, and need to take a moment to myself so I can have energy for my run tomorrow with my BRF’s. Which is a perfect lead-in to this beauty.

I’m sooo jealous of all you ladies that have BRFs. I don’t know any other runners! Sad, I know. Ah well, I’ll just keep plugging along…

Which is why I never ever complain about getting up at 5am on a Sunday-I treasure my long run Sunday with my BRF and BFF…so happy to be running and having girl time. Wouldn’t trade it for anything!!

Funny, I read ‘honor’ as ‘horror’ so I thought yont to ‘horror band’ practice! :)
