However you get your podcasts in—on a run, in the car, in the kitchen—you've probably become a fan of Sarah's weekly hosting duties for AMR. Recently, she's switched things up and gone from co-host to guest. No need to wait until Friday to get your SBS podcast fix: Check out the newest running podcasts starring our very own chief COO (Chief Optimism Officer), below.

Common Sense Pregnancy and Parenting with Jeanne Faulkner
This is the most recent episode from Jeanne, women's health expert, labor nurse, feminist, mother of four, Fit Pregnancy.com columnist, and author of Common Sense Pregnancy. Fun fact: Jeanne snowshoe'd over to Sarah's house after a storm (they live a few blocks apart) to record this one.

The Conscious Runner with Lisah Hamilton
Posted just last month, this episode chronicles Sarah's journey to becoming an athlete (even though at 5' 11" and 165 pounds, she doesn't consider herself a natural one), the power of mantras, how to bounce back from setbacks, and general badassery.

I'll Have Another with Lindsey Hein
Lindsey interviewed Sarah last spring, but this has become especially relevant since Lindsey has recently become a TLAM Club coach (it comes full circle!). They chat about everything from Justin Bieber and barre class.

The Runner's World Show
Bonus: You get Sarah and Dimity on this one, where they get honest and authentic about things like depression, exploding diapers, great workouts, and why lousy races can be so empowering—and liberating.

  1. I love The Terminal Mile for Canadian distance running everything — if you are a track/running fan in Canada you will love it and all it’s quirkiness. Also enjoyed the CBC podcast series hosted by Ron McLean called As Maple As. He interviews current and former Olympians and it full of stories, history and a tonne of insight for athletes and parents of athletes. Three cheers for CanCon!
