Nothing puts a pep in our step better than a great mix of songs! So every few months, Another Mother Runner collaborates with our friends over at RockMyRun, the free smartphone app that provides running mixes designed by professional DJs and intended to pump up the enjoyment factor of a run, to make exclusive running mixes. We pick our favorite new songs and shuffled in suggestions from BAMRs, then a RockMyRun DJ worked magic to seamlessly blend the songs together.
The result? Free running mixes that are at least an hour long, designed to spark your motivation and energy level. Now you can get all the mixes in one fell swoop--along with a month-long free subscription to Rockstar status on RockMyRun, so you can then listen ad-free for a month!
1. Open or download RockMyRun app on your smartphone. It's free, and you grab it here on iTunes or on Google Play for Android.
2. Log in, or create a free account if you don't have one.
3. Tap the three orange, horizontal bars on top left of the app's homepage.

5. Woohoo! All the AMR mixes are now at your fingertips for your listening enjoyment, to keep you company on solo runs or fire you up on race days! (If they don't show up within a minute or two, close the app, then re-open it.)
