I is for I’m-so-glad-I-already-ran moms

Mother of:  1
My happiest runs: are the runs that include my little guy. I’m an avid trail runner by nature and enjoy the challenges of long-distance running. But, twice a week, I make time in my running schedule to include my little man on shorter runs. If he sees me with my running shoes on, he promptly puts his on too. I love the fact that I can share my favorite hobby with him!

Mother of: 1 + one on the way
My last run was: slow and heavy because I am almost full-term pregnant. Still, it sure feels good to be working out.


Mother of: 1
I started running: to lose a little bit of weight. (Can’t blame pregnancy for the gain; we adopted.) Running has helped me fight depression, lose weight, feel better about myself as I approach the big 4-0, and meet new people. It has been a blessing!
