  1. I love the strength/cardio circuit workout. I’m a big advocate of combined workouts because you can accomplish more with less time than if you do things separately.

  3. I would love to do a diva dash. I am an old lady, (48)
    I need to train for the diva dash and i have no idea where to start. Do i do all strength stuff or cardio.
    Can anyone give me any pointers??
