Hi-Just want to say how much I love your podcast. I started listening only recently, but have come to really look forward to hearing your voices during my runs-especially the long ones!! The intro/theme music always puts a smile on my face as do your cheery, honest, and insightful exchanges! You have accompanied me on many 4:30am runs-and I’m sure that part of the reason I’m able to be up & out so early is that I have you guys to run “with”. Thanks for all you do!!

Loved your website! I’m new to running, just managed to run a whole 30 min … which was almost imaginable for me a while ago. I’m writing about my history on my blog Working towards running 5km in less than 30 min now, and next year: Marathons!

  3. I’m not that much of a internet reader to be honest but your
blogs really nice, keep it up! I’ll go ahead and bookmark your website
to come back in the future. Many thanks

Hi, I heard you on the Manic Mommies Podcast and immediately subscribed to your podcast and “liked” your page on Facebook. I am getting back into running after a few years of “rest”. My husband and I are interested in running a few 5K this year and then ultimately a half marathon. Together we have three kids; 13, 7, and 6.

Met you ladies when I was still an “imposter” last summer when you were in Chicago for the Zooma Half. Now I’m due with my first in October. Time to subscribe. :-)

I met you ladies here at Disneyland. I just finished your first book. I read it in a 24 hour period. I am totally psych about my first half marathon in the morning. Your book has made me feel twice as good! I can not wait to tackle the next book and use it for my training.

After just having my first child my oldest sister Elizabeth (mother of 3 herself) taught me a great lesson. She told me to do what I need to to be happy, to not forget that I am still Amanda and not just Momma. So I decided what would make me happy would be to cross finish lines! I have a goal for next year to do 7 5K races and continue to work my way up to doing triathlons. My husband Corey is very supportive and is encouraging me every step of the way!

Lots of great info here! :) Thank you for supporting mother runners everywhere!

Mother of 2, ages 15 and 17, 2 dogs and a husband. Running is my “me time”. A new running buddy recommended your books and site so here I am!

Love your site…thanks for the motivation.

I’m training for a half in May. I have ran 2 in the past in California. I’m now living in New Jersey and contending with chillier weather conditions. When I can’t run outdoors what is the best training program to run on treadmills, starting on week 2 of program? I spin 2x a week, yoga 1 per week. Thanks.
