I’m training for a half in May. I have ran 2 in the past in California. I’m now living in New Jersey and contending with chillier weather conditions. When I can’t run outdoors what is the best training program to run on treadmills, starting on week 2 of program? I spin 2x a week, yoga 1 per week. Thanks.
