2017 Goal Setting + Race Planning Webinars (Last Call!)

As the mistle toes and the wind blows—and kids want mooooore Legos!—this might feel too chaotic to ask right now, but we will anyway:
What are you doing in 2017?

What visions of finish lines are dancing in your head?

Want to take on a half-marathon, but not sure 13.1 is a doable distance for your post-baby body?

Interested in a sprint triathlon, but your only—and best— stroke is the doggie paddle?

Or maybe you've dubbed 2017 as the year you'll go sub one-hour in the 10K, but you're wondering whether you can actually do it?

In free webinars from December 5-11, the coaches in the Train Like a Mother club will help you talk through and plan your #motherrunner (or #mothertriathlete!) year.

You come with your ambition, dreams, goals, injuries, issues, and questions, and we'll help you unpack it all, focus and head in the right direction.

As always around these #motherrunner parts, no question is too basic or TMI.

Other important things to know:
—You can attend more than one session, either of the same program or a different program.—You do not have to be currently training in any Train Like a Mother club program to attend any session; all sessions are open to all #motherrunners of all levels.

—Attending a session does not commit you to signing up for a Train Like a Mother plan. Great if you do; also cool if you decide it's not for you.

—The webinars will be recorded, so if you happen to miss it, you'll receive an email post-webinar with the video you can watch at your leisure.

—We have scheduled the webinars to be one hour, but we will happily hang out until everybody has her questions answered.

—We are currently polishing the TLAM programs and website so we're raring to go in 2017; the links below are the best way to reach the documents we refer to.

NOT SEEING ONE THAT FITS YOU?
In 2017, we will also have 5K Success Programs (12 weeks); 50K + 50-miler Ultra Programs (six months); and Simply Nourish Like a Mother (nutrition focused; 5 weeks). Finally, we're putting the finishing touches on Perform like a Mother, small-group webinars that address the mental side of motivation, hanging in, and race strategy. YAY!

The running programs will start in February; we will have webinars with those coaches in mid-January.

The first session of Simply Nourish like a Mother with Ellie Kempton will run from January 9 to February 12, and will open for registration on December 28.

Perform like a Mother with Dr. Justin Ross will be scheduled soon; in the meantime, you can get a taste of the information on this podcast.
