Hi everyone, I'm coming back after basically 4+ years of little to no strength training due to IVF and two successful (hurray!) pregnancies and births. And now I'm "skinny fat." I have no muscles anymore! My runner thighs used to bulge out of my jeans, and now they're just baggy. While I'm grateful to be out running again, I'm a little (okay, a lot) bummed about losing my former strength. What are some of the best routines I can do with little to no equipment to gain back my tone and stamina?
