I always enjoy your podcasts, but as a pediatrician and in speaking to mother runners I think you left out two important things. Cannabis, CBD, and THC are dangerous to the developing brain, and the brain develops well into the 20s. We need to be careful how we talk about this in the presence of our youth. Chronic use in underdeveloped brains can cause significant problems later on, and can result in schizophrenia or bipolar. Smoking any product is dangerous for the lungs. Inhaling oils into the lungs cause untreatable pneumonia and asthma. Also, edibles can be very tempting to little ones, so this needs to be stored as a medication and far away from young kids.
