“Serious Chafing” is in your blog title...OK, just how bad has the chafing got for you? While training for the 50K, no matter how much I covered myself with Bodyglide, I would still chafe in the most random locations (belly, shoulder blades, back), and I would not discover the new chafing until I was in the hot shower. OUCH!
