If you have a race penned into your calendar this fall, you're likely already checking off training boxes daily.
If you're in need of a little mojo and camaraderie, Train Like a Mother is ready to give you a firm—but loving—nudge out the door, especially with the Stride into the School Year Program, which starts (drum roll) tomorrow!

Specifics: September 11-October 15 (5 weeks): $25
What it is: A three-session, highly interactive series, hosted by sports psychologist Dr. Justin Ross, that teaches you how to integrate a high-performance mindset into training + racing.
