Run Strong This Summer: Don’t Miss the Train Like a Mother Train!

Morning, #motherrunner! Dropping in on your Sunday morning to let you know that there's some major b*d*assery going down in the Train Like a Mother Club—and we don't want you to miss it! We have already heard plenty of grumbling about the rising summer temps; a team of #motherrunners to virtually kick you out the door (and commiserate with you when humidity is 90%) is one of the most important pieces of equipment you can have!

 

 

Here's What Starts Tomorrow:

Wave 1 of the 10K Run and 10K Race traditional programs. If you've got a 10K slated for the weekend of September 24/25, your Challenge—a.k.a. 15 weeks of your best, most supported training ever—will start on Monday. Eight more waves are queued up, accommodating dates through the weekend of November 19/20.

Wave 1 of the 13.1 Run/Walk, 13.1 Run, and 13.1 Race traditional programs. If you've got a half-marathon slated for the weekend of September 24/25, your Challenge—a.k.a. 15 weeks of your most motivated, strongest training ever—takes off on Monday. Eight more waves are queued up, accommodating dates through the weekend of November 19/20.

Wave 4 of the Traditional Marathon Program If you've got a 26.2 slated for the weekend of September 24/25, your Challenge—a.k.a. 18 weeks of your most badass, most confidence-building training ever—hits the ground running on Monday. Five more waves will follow, accommodating race dates through the weekend of November 19/20.

Wave 6 of the 20-week Heart Rate Based Half-Marathon and Marathon Plans (race weekend: October 29/30). The waves of those race programs are steaming along as well.take flight on Monday, minding their beats per minute on Monday morning. There are three more waves to follow, accommodating race dates up to November 19/20.
