Stop by the AMR booth on Friday and Saturday to say hi, talk about your training, and shop our exclusive Run MN merch. We’ll also have full-size samples of Core Power to share with you to help with post-race recovery!

Saturday, October 1: Shake-out Run/Walk

Time: 7:30-8:30 am
Location: Quixotic Coffee, 769 Cleveland Ave S, St Paul, MN 55116
RSVP: None needed

All runners/walkers are invited to join us for a 2-mile run/walk at Quixotic Coffee. We’ll head out for a short, easy workout, then gather back at Quixotic Coffee for a caffeinated beverage (and a recovery-oriented Core Power) and chatter. You don’t need to be running the marathon or 10-mile to join–and Dimity will be leading the walkers! (Translation: All are welcome!)

Saturday, October 1: Live AMR Podcast Party

Time: 2-3 pm
Location: Meeting Room 4 on upper level of RiverCentre, St. Paul, MN (upstairs from TCM expo)

Location: Northeast corner Summit Avenue + Chatsworth Street: Mile 24.1 of Marathon, Mile 7.5 of 10-mile. (We’ll be on runners left!)
