Welcome to our third look at #dayinthelifeofAMR: a day where we hand over our Instagram account to another mother runner and let her document her day. Stephanie Diamond, a mother runner in Mali, gives us a glimpse of what life is like in West Africa.
Interesting to see how other mother runners live around the world! Mmmm.. those pork chops. :)
Would love to do this! Looks like fun!
Love this! I lived in Guinea many years ago and her pictures and descriptions bring back memories.
I love this for so many reasons, but probably the best thing for me is your aeropress in the first pic and camelback in the last one. We have both at our house too!
Thanks for sharing. You are a very brave woman for running out of doors in Africa. I lived in Zambia, Senegal an Guinea. Between the dust, heat, ferrel dogs, ditches and crazy drivers, I stuck yo my treadmill back then unless I was out on a country road away from the city. Enjoy Mali!
This has to be one of my favorite posts! We plan to move overseas through job transfer in the next few years and I always wonder how it will change my running! Love this! Thanks so much for sharing!
