i transitioned to barefoot running shortly after reading B2R and all of my recurrent running injuries disappeared . I am originally from Chihuahua, MX. the state where Tarahumaras originally live and where Caballo Blanco spend his last years.. this book is very close to my heart. I had the chance to meet Chris McDougall in NY over the summer and cannot wait to hear this podcast ladies!
