SHIPPING
Domestic shipping is FREE for all merchandise and training swag packages.
International shipping (which includes Canada) is not available, yet we welcome you to participate in our training programs—minus the physical swag. (You still get boatloads of benefits!) Please email us and we will help you bypass the shipping at checkout.
MERCHANDISE RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Another Mother Runner wants your gear to fit and flatter. But if it doesn’t, we are happy to exchange
or refund clean, unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase. (This includes merchandise purchased
in person from a Mother Runner party or race expo.)

Include a note saying what you want to exchange the item for and where new item should be mailed. Please include email address or cell phone number, in case we need to contact you. We pay shipment of replacement item.
If you prefer a refund, please include a note requesting refund. Refunds are in the form of original payment. Please note: Your credit card company may take up to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.
NOTE: We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. (Does the USPS even do them anymore?!?)

TRAINING PROGRAMS REFUNDS
Another Mother Runner wants you to be in the appropriate training program for your running experience and lifestyle. If you find yourself in the wrong program, email us at tlamclub@anothermotherrunner.com within two weeks of starting the program, and we will set you up with another plan or a partial credit for an upcoming program.
If you sustain a major injury or need to pause a plan because of a major life event, email us at tlamclub@anothermotherrunner.com within two weeks, and we can pause your program and help you pick back up when you are ready. We cannot honor do-overs if you don’t alert us to your injury or situation.
We are unable to to offer straight-up refunds on any program.
MANY HAPPY MILES REFUNDS
Your membership in Many Happy Miles is a full 12 months; the programming is a complementary package that is best experienced on an annual schedule. We are unable to offer any refunds on Many Happy Miles annual memberships.
You will be notified by email two weeks before your 12-month Many Happy Miles membership is renewed; at that point, you will have the opportunity to renew or cancel your membership.

RETREAT CANCELLATIONS
200 days or more prior to the start of the Retreat, you receive: 100% full refund to original method of payment, minus $175 administrative fee
150-199 days or more prior to the start of the Retreat, you receive: 75% full refund to original method of payment
91-149 days prior to the start of the Retreat, you receive: 50% refund to original method of payment
61-90 days prior to the start of the Retreat, you receive: 25% refund to original method of payment
0-60 days prior to the start of the Retreat: No refunds will be given.
