I’ve been following Emma for years now so she feels like a friend. She lives up the road from me in Boulder, but she is often training in Crested Butte (her hometown) and the images and videos she posts from her workouts are filled with gorgeous scenery. She’s funny, generous, and a delightful person to follow. Her husband is her coach, and that brings a family dynamic to her content. Plus, they had their first baby this year, so the posts about their daughter are another level of joy! —Cathy Engstrom, Train Like a Mother Club Manager

I love how real Kelly is about body image and anti-diet culture with her #SportsBraSquad and how inclusive her Bada$$ Lady Gang training groups are. I also love how open she is about her Boston qualifying goals; she puts them out there for all of us to see and literally takes us along on the journey with her training run chats. Kelly is also a former theater kid, and I personally love hearing her thoughts on Broadway shows she sees by living so close to NYC. —Brooke Thames, BAMRbassador Coordinator
