Dimity and Sarah knew there’s no one better than Runner’s World Chief Running Officer, and general race expo bon vivant, to debate the pros and cons of of big race versus smaller race, so the gals brought their bud Bart on to chat.
They let Bart lead the conversation, and it ends with the gals getting a little choked up and teary-eyed. In a word: acceptance.
One note: We had a tough time with sound coming from Portland, Denver, and central PA, so don’t think it’s your headphones. It’s us.

**Also, the quickest way to get our podcasts is to subscribe to the show via iTunes. Clicking this link will automatically download the shows to your iTunes account. It doesn’t get any simpler than that!

These are all loading in my iTunes so I can listen to them on this weeks LONG SLOW RUN! Thanks for the inspirational and motivation ladies!
Who/when were you in central PA?! I would’ve bought you lunch :-)
I am waiting for a solo run so I can listen to the latest ones!
3 of my BFF’s (Dim’s definitely on the list now, right Dim?) on one podcast. LOVE it.
And this is a great topic, I’m deciding between two races for my 2012 A race… and one small and one large.
Totally BFF, Ginny. :) What races did you decide on?
I would love to listen to these, but I don’t have itunes or an ipod. Is there any other way to download them that I am just not seeing? (My favorite Bart Yasso story – My husband and I were lucky enough to meet him at Big Sur. I got so frazzled when taking my husband and Bart’s picture that I totally cropped their heads out the picture! We are still laughing about the chest shot. At least you can see my husband’s medal!).
Hey Michelle–
You can just listen to them on our website, via your computer. Just go to this page. http://anothermotherrunner.com/amr-radio/
Thanks! Funny Bart story!
Great podcast…love Bart! Actually just discovered you from his post on facebook!
Cool! Welcome, Stephanie!
