I am a night runner since 2017. I run with a group and we start around 10pm. There have been plenty of times where I don’t have the energy/drive/desire to go out there but like your first guest said “I just go”. Running at night allows me to go in peace since my house is quiet and NO ONE needs me for anything. I sacrifice sleep, relaxing, watching tv, etc to have that piece/peace of me time, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
