Here are dates* and helpful information for some new and returning Train Like a Mother programs so you can find the perfect program for you and your schedule. The programs we have listed below have specific starting dates.
Our race-specific programs, including half marathon and marathon programs, are rolling admission; your program start coordinates with your race date. Similarly, programs like Return to Running or Heart + Sole: Introduction to Running by Heart Rate coordinate with your schedule; sign up and you’ll get started asap.

Round I: May 30 – July 10
What: During this Six-Week program, we systematically address the main aspects of perimenopause so you find both insight and ideas on how to navigate one of the most challenging physiological transformations we experience.

What: Join Dimity + Sarah at The Run Show for an afternoon of laughs and connection at an Another Mother Runner live podcast recording party.

Round II: August 8 – October 16
What: A 15-week program with structured, multi-level training and three virtual events; emphasis is on low-pressure, fun atmosphere that helps you love the run, no matter what your pace, speed, size or running experience is.

Simply Nourished Like a Mother
Round II: August 22-October 16, 2022
What: An innovative, eight-week program that serves up a foundational nutritional toolkit—the only one that you’ll need to spur lasting changes and a permanent transformation.
Best for: Active women ready to have nutrition—and their bodies—work for them, not against them.
Registration opens: August 8 for Round II
Price: $480
Round II: October 17-December 11
What: An eight-week program is dedicated to renewing your metabolism, weaning your body from the ultimate energy crutch (sugar!), and teaching your body to switch metabolic gears, the linchpin to pushing past metabolic stagnation.
Best for: Active women who have completed the Simply Nourished Like a Mother course and want to continue to nourish their metabolism.
Registration opens: September 3, 2022 for Round II
Price: $400
Round III: Fall 2022
What: A four-week lifestyle program, led by licensed psychologist and runner Dr. Michelle Trotter-Mathison, designed to help you understand the science and art behind habits—and, along the way, create your own sustainable habits.
Best for: Anybody who wants to go deep into habit formation and emerge with a fresh habit to call their own.

Many Happy Miles
January 1-December 31, 2022
What: An annual membership program featuring fresh monthly workouts, strength circuits, lifestyle challenges, as well as expert workshops, live strength classes, and community + motivation galore.
Best for: Anybody looking for new monthly programs, consistency, and camaraderie.
Registration for 2023 members opens: December 6, 2022; returning members renew on January 1, 2023
