Loved this podcast! Just wanted to respond to Esther to make sure that her race allows hydration packs. I know a lot of major road races do not. In that case, she may want to practice with a hand held bottle or even a disposable bottle that she can hold through the first few water stops. Then she can either ask a volunteer to refill her handheld or she can toss it and start grabbing cups later on in the race. Have a great race, Ester! Most will post what hydration and fuel they offer on the course ahead of time.
