We have set up the RUNNING BY HEART RATE: MARATHON, LEVEL 1 plan in Training Peaks, a site that will email you today and tomorrow’s workout daily, as well as provide a place for you to download your data. You can create an account for free.
(If you want more options for slicing and dicing your data, Training Peaks Premium is an option; here is how Basic vs. Premium stacks up. With your first week of signing up for Training Peaks, you get a free week of Premium, and then you are reset to Basic if you don’t purchase that option.)
Training Peaks is a totally optional step; you will not miss any information coming from the TLAM Club if you choose not to connect, and your coach will not be looking at your Training Peaks account.
