I have downloaded all previous episodes on my ipad and have been listening to them while I am (trapped) in the kitchen. It is fun to be able to hear your voices! I need to figure out how to get the episodes on my mp3 player so I can know what it it like to run with you…kind of!

Oh, boy! I do a gel every 45 minutes and my fellow training group members laugh at me about it, saying it’s too much. That’s only half the calories you recommend. I’m trying a Lara bar today, there’s no way I could stomach more gel. Thanks for the tips!
