Pumpkin Spice Muffins

“If you have fully taken the plunge into all things pumpkin spice, don’t miss out on these cutie patootie pumpkin spice muffins straight from my kitchen to yours. These muffins are packed to the brim with medicinal ingredients (because food IS medicine).” Ellie Kempton

Chocolate Chip Muffins

“These are the muffins my daughter and I like to make when we’re watching movies together. They’re soft and fluffy, like cake, but a little less sweet without any frosting. The recipe is easy to follow and we usually already have everything on hand to make them.” Brooke Thames

Cranberry Orange Muffins

“My mother gave me The Fanny Farmer Cookbook when I moved into my first apartment, so I’ve been making this tasty, moist bread literally for decades. Finally, I realized I’d prefer it in muffin-form instead of a loaf, and I haven’t looked back since (especially since my younger daughter also loves these!).” Sarah Bowen Shea

Perfect Corn Muffins

“These are true to their name; absolute perfection. The extra step of cooking the cornmeal adds a few minutes, but it is so worth it. These are amazing hot out of the oven with butter, and even better the next day, split in half and griddled on a buttered skillet and topped with a teaspoon of raspberry jam.” Michelle San Antonio

Superhero Muffins

“Although Shalane and Elyse have reinvented this recipe for later books, I stick with the original because, if it ain’t broke… I first made these for my teammates on a marathon relay (a squad of women with varying palettes) and, judging by their recipe requests and the empty Tupperware, I knew they were a crowd favorite. Bonus: My kids don’t mind all of the sneaky veggies in these muffins, especially when I load them up with dark
chocolate chips.” Sarah Wassner Flynn

Pumpkin Muffins

“I have been making these healthy-ish muffins for at least 15 years now. When my kids went to a nut-free school, a muffin would be their lunch entrée. They still request them—and I still love them (both the kids and the muffins). I eat one before a workout, and often travel with a few in case I get delayed or hungry on the plane. This makes about 18 or so muffins, but they freeze really well.” Dimity McDowell

Quick and Easy Blueberry Muffins

“Who doesn’t love blueberry muffins? This is a favorite recipe in our house—because it’s quick! I found this recipe while looking for a way to use up some fresh blueberries, but it works equally well with frozen. My kiddos love to eat these while still warm from the oven.” April Hopkins

Egg Muffins

“Muffins don’t have to be sweet. For a boost of protein and some savory goodness, give these versatile egg bites a try.” Rhianna Stave

Applesauce Oat Muffins

“These muffins are sweetened mostly with applesauce and are perfect for chilly fall mornings. Rolled oats and whole wheat flour add extra fiber, making these a great option for lunchboxes and after-school snacks, as well.” Anna Carlson

Blender Cottage Cheese Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Muffins

“In my quest to up my protein at breakfast, I found this mouthful of a recipe and knew I had to try it. It has my favorite flavors (peanut butter and chocolate) and you just dump everything in a blender and mix. Be still my heart!” Cathy Engstrom
