Good Hang with Amy Poehler. It’s just delightfully fun and funny and heartwarming—the lightness and joy that the world needs more of, and Amy Poehler at her best.” —Michelle San Antonio, Community Supporter

“I really enjoy the Choose Strong podcast with Sally McRae: Her positivity and grit is contagious. She is so relatable as a woman and a mom, even though she is a professional runner. She portrays a lot of the same beliefs that I do, especially that we are all capable of more than we know.”—Christy Scott, TLAM Club Trail + Ultra Coach

Cannonball with Wesley Morris. I’m so pleased Morris, a NYT critic, launched another podcast, as I was bummed when he and Jenna Wortham stopped doing their show, Still Processing. Cannonball is about the culture that moves the host and his thought-provoking guests (I really enjoyed a July episode entitled The Closet in Pee-Wee’s Playhouse). Plus, I adore his voice!” —Sarah Bowen Shea, co-founder + podcast host

“I listen to a lot of podcasts. Two I recommend: Perform with Dr. Andy Galpin, a deep dive into the tools, technologies, and strategies for maximizing physical and mental performance. And Fuelin Sessions with Scott Tindal and Jan Frodeno—science-backed nutrition knowledge for performance.” —Liz Waterstraat, co-coach of TLAM Club heart rate training programs + co-host of Miles of Books (non-fiction)

“I’m a big political podcast junkie, so when I need a break from the political landscape, I turn to The Lazy Genius with Kendra Adachi. Kendra’s mission is to help people refine their lives in a way that allows them to focus on what’s most important and quit wasting time and energy on things that just don’t matter as much. She covers everything from grocery lists to setting goals for yourself. Her content is always relevant, and she makes me feel good about what matters to me. I love her humor, her advice, and the way she challenges me to pick and choose the best path forward.” —Cathy Engstrom, TLAM Club website manager + newsletter editor

Smartless: Jason Bateman, Sean Hayes, and Will Arnett just crack me up! I love their friendship, the way they bicker and banter, and they have some pretty incredible conversations with their guests. I LOL pretty regularly while listening, but also learn quite a bit. I can’t even narrow down a list of top guests; I’ve loved so many over the years!” —Brooke Thames, BAMRbassador + Retreat coordinator

“The Mel Robbins Podcast. I love how Mel talks about things we all wish we could talk about:   everyday challenges in work, relationships, raising kids, and reminds us that we are not alone—we are all more alike than we are not.  And, she teaches us ways to not let things bother us, ‘The Let Them Theory.’” —Jen Harrison, TLAM Club heart-rate training + triathlon coach

Heavyweight is back (finally!) for a new season, and the first two episodes have been great! I love the host, Jonathan Goldstein, and the way his mind seems to work.” —Dimity McDowell, Chief Training Officer
