I loved this podcast. You talk about faster runs but I do crazy HIIT classes (weights, sprints on a bike, resistance) 3x a week. Does that help me become a stronger/faster runner? I have a sore hip/back so I can’t sprint when I run, I’m more of a long slow run or trail run up hills type runner. Thoughts?
