With both Dimity and Sarah on the injured-runner spectrum, the mother runners talk candidly about how they’ve dealt with situation, both physically and mentally. They offer insight on how to stay fit in other ways, possibly even discovering (or revisiting) other athletic passions. Anecdotes from other sidelined (and formerly injured) runners are sprinkled throughout the program. Throughout, one word keeps bubbling to the surface: patience.
First up: Sarah raves about the Taylor Swift concert she took her older daughter to in Seattle.
